Computer Generated Images (CGI’s) help us to address that issue and we offer two, low-cost solutions: Standard Premium Photo-realistic true-to-life representations accurately visualising buildings as they will look when completed, before a brick has been laid. Prices from £495+VAT. Value A low cost solution that is significantly more visually stimulating than line drawings or architects’ plans from £250+VAT. Interior CGIs from £195+VAT STANDARD VALUEFULL CGI - NO PHOTOGRAPHY INVOLVEDWhat would it look like if...? Have you ever wondered how a house might look with different treatments to its elevation? How would tiling look instead of shiplap? Or, would cedar be a better look than tiling? What if we change those white windows to graphite grey or black? BEFORE AFTERBEFORE AFTERWhat would it look like if...? If you have a vision for how your house might be improved, our studio can probably visualise that for you for a relatively modest cost. Helping you to avoid costly mistakes, or assisting buyers in seeing the potential. BEFORE AFTERBEFORE AFTERVirtual Furnishing Photographs of empty rooms can look cold and lifeless. But adding furniture would normally be an expensive option whether that’s bought or rented. So, we are now able to add virtual furniture showing potential buyers how rooms could look as homes. The cost of this service is £36+VAT per room but that is significantly less than the cost of real furniture. We can also most times, remove existing furniture and replace it, for a small additional cost. BEFORE AFTERDigital Surgery Our expert photo editors can usually delete cement mixers, builders’ toilets, piles of gravel and other objects that cannot easily be physically moved out of the way. We can often, also, digitally remove signage, tins of paint from interiors, scaffolding outside of windows so that marketing can commence weeks or maybe months earlier than would be possible otherwise.
